Stainless steel body is standard. The body for dead space countermeasures, lining body, etc. are available.
Since each unit part is interchangeable, the optimum material combination can be selected according to the user's conditions.

Bio-Clean diaphragm valves typically use NEW PTFE diaphragms. This is a fluorocarbon resin diaphragm with excellent cleanliness, creep-resistance, penetration-resistance, and abrasion resistance developed by our own techniques.
Our diaphragm has been subjected to various tests under severe conditions to confirm its durability and safety, and is highly reliable for external seals and valve seat seals.
Complied with various standards and standards of the Food Sanitation Act (Japan) and FDA, USP Class-VI.
Material certification and traceability are available on request.
Based on the data and years of experiences, we can also propose material selection according to fluid conditions.
